The UBC Secretariat prepared a document “Policy Toolkit for Cities”, which was presented at the UBC Sustainability Conference and the Community of Practice webinar.
Policy Toolkit for Cities is a document directed to the policy makers and local authorities, who would like to involve young people in policy making on the city level.
The document contains a review of European policies regarding gamification in education, also description of MC-YOU model and summary of pilot cities: Faro, Riga, Sandanski experiences, including information about successful parts of the project implementation and potential difficulties and threats.
The MC-YOU Model was crafted for replication purposes. It allows the model to be tailored to different local contexts, requirements and challenges. In the document there are also recommendations for the entities on how to adapt the MC-YOU model to their own needs and conditions.
