The Sustainability Conference in Faro, held on 17 November, attracted 39 participants, from community members, young participants, policymakers, youth stakeholders, and youth associations. Teachers and educators who had worked with student teams throughout the MC-YOU.
The session was composed of the following main moments and speakers:
1) Opening by Municipality of Faro;
2) Testimonies from NGOs involved, and of young participants and teachers that were part of the MC-YOU project;
3) Discussion and reflections of the public;
4) Bruno Inácio, Director of the Department Culture and Economic Development of Faro Municipality closing and
5) Inauguration of the Exhibition “Minecraft as an Educational Tool for Youth Participation in Faro”, in exhibition in the Municipal Library from the 17 to 29 November 2025, showcasing the 7 youth-created visions for Faro.
